• Fermentation: Unique recipe using grape varieties fermented in stainless steel tanks, under vacuum and controlled temperature.
• Distillation: Innovative discontinuous distillation in copper pot stills and a re-distillation column, with head and tail cutting.
• Aging: 12 months in 2 different types of barrels
